Kevin employs engineers whenever necessary to ensure compliance with the building code and will exceed those standards if suggested by his engineers. We were told by several of the inspectors who toured the property that Kevin’s educational background had prepared him well for technical accuracy with the intricacies of the building codes.

When the inevitable problems arose, Kevin handled them expediently with careful explanations and usually had several options to discuss to resolve the problem.

Kevin’s follow up after construction is complete is also speedy and he does what he says he will do to handle any problem that crops up.

Kevin’s objectivity and sensitivity in dealing with professional and personal issues made the process of building smooth, well managed and successful. He was kind, loyal and even-tempered as a builder and person. He maintained high construction standards; he was insightful and caring in the management of the whole project. His attention to our requests, questions and worries was excellent. Similarly, his attention to service needs in the post building stage has continued.
