Along with every agreement to build, Seeley Homes also provides the aide of a Kitchen Designer and an Interior Decorator to assist you with your selections.
Choose your new home design from our selection of plans, or if you have already selected a house plan of your own that you have been saving for the right time, Seeley Homes will work with your personally chosen design. Being involved with the building of your home from the ground up, enables you to include the special touches that will tailor your design choice and add your signature throughout the home.
Although Seeley Homes is presently building in several development areas, they will also build (within an agreed upon designated area) on any lot that you may presently own or find more suitable to your needs. Seeley Homes has been commended for doing their very best to accommodate you regarding every aspect of the building process.
Seeley Homes offers a seven-year Tarion Warranty (Ontario New Home Warranty Program) with each of its homes. Seeley Homes has achieved the highest standard a builder can obtain from TARION-- Seeley has never had a new home warranty claim against them. This is an incredible achievement in today’s new home environment.
Seeley Homes strives to hire the best in both trades people and craftsmen and ensures exceptional quality from start to finish. With the Tarion Warranty in place, their expertise and care survives closing for the said seven-year period.
